Lisa Meier (President of Line of Sight Learning), has a wealth of knowledge that can be made available to you or your clients. Lisa brings over 21 years of training, adult learning, career development and professional coaching from her career with Walmart and as a consultant. Consistently, her goal is to build performance capabilities of individuals and teams by focusing on personal accountability, team leadership and dynamics, and by creating a learning culture through the Leader-Teacher model. She provides the “clear view” between performance problems and solutions.
Having worked with the most respected human performance companies in the industry including DDI, PDI, Franklin-Covey, the Ken Blanchard Company, the Institute for Social & Emotional Intelligence and Birkman, Lisa is certified in multiple 360 assessments, behavioral and personality profiles, executive and professional coaching methods, management skill development and team building programs, train-the-trainer processes and instructional design. This breadth of experience allows her to leverage a variety of tools and approaches with which to customize solutions for her clients.
Lisa is also an accomplished facilitator with over 7,000 hours of classroom leadership. She is versatile in her ability to engage participants from front-line to executive level leaders. Her skills in facilitation have earned her client recognition from many companies and positioned her as an expert in developing other trainers and facilitators.
Currently Lisa is working with many clients that range from small businesses to Fortune 50 companies. Her flexibility is allowing her to help clients with a range of initiatives from entry-level hiring practices to on-line learning, large-scale merchant academy instructional design and facilitation of senior leader development programs.
